At Sauna Scraper, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and returned with all included accessories.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for scrapers that have been used.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are non refundable for change of mind returns.

Faulty or damaged products
If your Sauna Scraper arrives damaged, defective or isn't as described, please contact us at hello@saunascraper.com

We'll help resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once an eligible change of mind return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within seven business days.
​
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
